My Step-Dad gave my Mother a pendant that was an upside-down heart that hangs off the chain. An up-right heart is over the top of this so it appears to be shaped almost like a diamond. My Mother lost this pendant and my Step-Dad has since passed away. It would mean a lot if we could find another one for her, but this is such a hard piece of jewelry to find.
