That’s a rather open ended question. Most Celtic symbolism has nothing or very little to do with witch craft, unless it’s been “adopted” by modern witches. Even then the original symbolism still is the favored meaning.

I’d do a search on Celtic jewelery and look for things that you like and then research the meaning.

The claddah ring is classic Celtic symolism and is very popular now. It has two hands(symbolizing friendship) holding a heart (symbolizing love) and the heart has a crown over it (symbolizing loyalty). If you are in love, you wear the ring with the point of the heart towards you.
