	Caffeinated Content well, it shouldn’t hurt after the sixth week. i think you should start off with small earrings, and once you get comfortable take it up to hoops and dangly earrings. it doesn’t hurt to change them especially if you have a mirror.

	Website content well if it is hurting dont change them yet just clean them everyday and once they dont hurt u can change them but if u are stretching them out wen ever u put a new size in wait at least 2 weeks other wise u will rip your ear

	Maybe you can get your mom to do it or someone with gentle hands……. it is always good to have some help. especialy when it is ur first time
